welcome (back) to the swamp
… Heading south tomorrow, with tickets in hand for my first Gator game. Sure, it’s expected to be a lopsided game, but after 15-plus years of following a team without ever attending a game, I’m just happy to be in the crowd.

This photo was taken back in 2000, during my whirlwind post-college tour of the country. It was my first visit to the stadium, and my head still hurts when I think about all the long hours of driving and frantic celebrations of that journey.

And now, I’m heading back again.
