So I was “let go” today. I expected it was coming at some point, as layoffs were occurring with some frequency and the office climate was grim on the best of days. There are still some loose ends to tie up, though, so I can’t say much more about it. For now, I’m unemployed and figuring out my options. So if you know any place looking for an award-winning writer, tech-savvy editor and all-around exceptional editorial employee, let me know. I think I might know someone.
