weekly battlestar galactica interview series with mark verheiden

April 14th, 2008 by RM · No Comments ·

It looks like the post I intended to put up here last week on this subject never made it to the site. That’s a bummer, of course, but it does give me a good reason to pimp this feature yet again.

Over at ComicMix, our intrepid movie/tv editor Chris Ullrich is conducting an interview each week with Mark Verheiden, the co-executive producer of the hit television series Battlestar Galactica. After each new episode airs (Friday nights at 10 PM EST on SciFi Channel), Chris takes questions from fans, as well as some of his own, and poses them to Mark over the course of the weekend. We post the full Q&A on ComicMix every week on Monday (or Tuesday, depending on Mark’s schedule).

Battlestar Galactica is currently two episodes into its fourth and final season on SciFi Channel, and I can’t go very far these days without bumping into someone who wants to discuss the latest episode with me. Basically, people love it. Even my least sci-fi savvy friends seem to dig this show immensely… and I’ll admit that I was really surprised by its massive success. Who would’ve thunk it?

Here are the two interviews we’ve posted thus far:

Battlestar Galactica Interview: Mark Verheiden on Cylon Babies and Season Four Secrets
(Season Four, Episode #1: ‘He That Believeth In Me’)

Battlestar Galactica Interview: Mark Verheiden on Cylon Humanity and Boomer’s Motives
(BSG Weekly - Season Four, Episode #2: ‘Six of One’)

If you want to send any questions to Chris, email them to chris [at] comicmix.com
