I&#039;ve definitely been in similar interview situations - encounters in which I realize I&#039;m going to have to do more research after the conversation than I did beforehand.

But to get the unexpected birthday present of knowing how much people like and respect you (without you having to die to get that kind of attention, as seems to happen in this industry too often) is a great dividend, I hope.
