Jessica and I recently decided that with our professional lives in limbo at the moment, it’s the perfect time to start cutting costs and setting plans in motion for a change of scenery. Whether we’re actually headed to Chicago or just to a new apartment elsewhere in New York isn’t quite certain at the moment – all we know is that it’s time to start paving the way for a lifestyle change.
To that end, we canceled our cable television yesterday, and we’re doing the same with our gym memberships at the end of the month. We’ve also started packing up anything that can be packed up and stored away for the immediate future. For my contribution to the effort, I’m trying to sell off three long-boxes full of comics. I just posted the first bunch of auctions on eBay, so feel free to cruise on by and peruse my digital lawn sale.
More auctions will be added throughout the week, and keep in mind that every dollar goes toward, well… me. But I promise to do good things with those dollars. Seriously.
