… Interesting stuff. - The 70th Anniversary Variant of the all-new BLACK PANTHER #1 is here – I think this is officially my first pull-quote on a project. I'm not sure what it says about me and how I go about doing what I've done for the last 4 years or so, but I'm fairly certain this is the first time that something I've written has ended up as the pull-quote to promote a book. Also interesting? I wrote the excerpted quote almost a year ago, and was referencing the artist's transition to interior work (instead of cover art) for an issue of "Thor." Check it out: "Marko Djurdjevic on the Interior Art of 'Thor'"
- AclinCorp: Hero House! – My pal Justin Aclin, the lead writer for the very funny Twisted Toyfare Theatre (the only element of Wizard Entertainment's publications worth picking up these days), is finally en route to publishing his first graphic novel. Check out a preview here, as well as Aclin's ongoing blog about the publishing experience. He's good people – don't hold that Wizard stuff against him.
- MYVAN2008: The Neverending Story… The Van! – Umm… Creepy?
- Obama’s “Disgraceful Abandonment” of Civil Liberties in Extraordinary Rendition Case – Boing Boing – But… But… Hopey McChange can't do ANYTHING wrong! Right? Where's the mobilized voice for change now, folks? Change? Hope? Hope Change? Change? Hope Hope? *sigh*
- Fleen: Dammit, Where’s Hermione And That Time Twister When I Need It? – For the record, Gary did not raise the offer for me to attend the "Working for Wizard" panel at New York Comic Con.
- NYSE, New York Stock Exchange > NYSE Calendar Deutsche Bank AG and Free Arts NYC Celebrate Annual Campaign – Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE-Listed DB) and Free Arts NYC visit the NYSE to celebrate Deutsche Bank’s Annual Share Our Strength Campaign. In honor of the occasion, Gary Beyer, Managing Director, Institutional Client Group, Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Liz Hopfan, Executive Director, Free Arts NYC ring The Opening BellSM.
- Fleen » Dammit, This Was Supposed To Post Yesterday Automatically – Gary "The Mustache" Tyrrell interviews Steven "The Beard" Cloud about his webcomic's departure from the world of syndication. Fascinating stuff from two extremely clever people.

For the record, not all of my posts have titles that start with “Dammit”.
