Behold the magic of “Tim Tebow’s Fire” by “St. Elmo’s Fire” musician John Parr

Like two of my favorite things finding a beautiful harmony together, my adoration of Tim Tebow and my love for ’80s movies (and their music) come together in “Tim Tebow’s Fire” — a rewritten and re-recorded version of the “St. Elmo’s Fire” theme by original musician John Parr.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Here’s the story, via Fox31 in Denver:

British musician John Parr has re-recorded his 1985 hit song “St. Elmo’s Fire (Man in Motion),” giving it a Tim Tebow twist.

“I was inspired by Tim Tebow so I wanted to modify the lyrics…in his honor of the way that he lives his life as being a great example,” Parr told FOX31 Denver on Monday.

And here’s a video featuring the full song:

This just might be the track that finally replaces the “Doctor Who” theme as my ringtone.
