Here’s a video for everyone who told me: A) That they didn’t notice any change in Bane’s voice from the early preview of “The Dark Knight Rises” to the final film; and B) that Bane’s voice sounded perfectly natural in the movie.

Yup, I still say he sounds like someone doing a bad Patrick Stewart impression through a toy microphone. This video also makes it pretty obvious how much they amplified his voice during the edit, as you can hear how much louder his dialogue is than anything else being said in each scene.
